Order and Delivery Process 2

Customers are welcome to first request a quote, by completing the form, emailing or phoning us directly. We will supply you with a formal quote that will provide you with the cost of the requested volume(s) and also detail about the delivery process and delivery lead-times.

Customers can place an order by completing the form, emailing or phoning us directly. You are welcome to indicate to us a preferred delivery date and time and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please also let us know if you need assistance to calculate the required volume or use calculators below.

We will provide you with an invoice that contain the delivery date and time that we commit to as well as final arrangements for the delivery. Once we have received your proof of payment, we will confirm the delivery with you. Our delivery coordinators will keep you informed throughout the process with a final update and hour before your delivery.

Our pricing is based on the volume of water purchased and your location and our standard pricing range from R300/kl – R600/kl. Our standard fleet consist of 10,000l and 15,000l vehicles, and we ideally prefer to deliver in quantities of 5,000l i.e. 5,000l, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000l+. Please however provide us with your preferred volume if you cannot accommodate above volumes. Please note our minimum order quantity is 5,000l
